finished with a veal jus

Pan seared sea bass 
With crushed herb potato, buttered tenderstem 
topped with baked vine tomato and a saffron cream

Chestnut, spinach and mushroom wellington 
with roasted new potatoes a selection of fresh vegetables topped with a red currant gravy (v/vg)
